ABOUT THIS ROLE

Do you have a passion for networking, writing and communications? Do you love architecture and design? Are you a strong collaborator and innovator? We are seeking a driven, organized, self-starter to join our team as an Account Coordinator.

In this position, you’ll work closely alongside the Founder + Account Team and contractors on a rapidly growing list of small, medium and global clients that span world-renowned architects and designers whose work helps to change all scales – from major metros to small towns. The Account Coordinator will work with the team to implement press strategies for multiple clients, daily client relations, plan and execute day-to-day project deliverables, support and conceptualize strategies, pitches, and media placements.

RESPONSIBILITIES

As an Account Coordinator, you will...

  • Work with an account team to implement press strategies for clients

  • Draft agendas, press releases, media lists, press kit materials, client bios, website copy, interview talking points, curated pitches and assist with media uploads.

  • Draft and organize account reports and clips

  • Industry research of local media, relevant lifestyle, design, real estate magazines, online outlets; maintenance of media database

  • Establish trusted partnerships with peers, clients, and media; create channels of communication to keep them informed

  • Manage lists, invitations and run-of-shows for events

  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with industry and media

  • Assist with award submissions on behalf of clients and the firm

  • Content creation for Bramble Creative and clients social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn)

  • Assist with general daily office and administrative duties

  • Attend client events and milestone events (must be willing to travel)

OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE

  • Has 1-2+ years of strategic communications experience: in-house, media, or journalism – (college-level courses may be considered as experience.)

  • Has a passion for real estate, design, architecture, travel and/or hospitality marketing and PR expertise

  • Is resourceful. When given the opportunity, this person is quick to research, suggest solutions, and connect the dots without a ton of oversight.

  • Works quickly to meet deadlines.

  • Able to handle multiple projects at once.

  • Diligent attention to detail

  • Energetic, self-directed, and self-motivated

  • Ability to communicate ideas effectively, both verbally and in writing

  • Ability to adapt and work on multiple projects.

  • Great writer. Your background in written communication includes extensive experience developing sharp, compelling content.

  • Is a team player. You have the ability to work with a team to meet group objectives, pinch hit if someone is out of the office (know that the rest of the team will do the same for you!).

  • Is proactive, organized and takes ownership of projects and relationships. You must have a strong ability to balance multiple projects concurrently, prioritize, and take ownership of projects and relationships.

  • Is skilled in Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite and MuckRack.

  • Must be willing to travel for client and company obligations
