Social Media Marketing Assistant - Eskimo Hut
Eskimo Hut was founded in 1996 in Amarillo, TX and we have been serving the best frozen daiquiris to-go across Texas and even more states since then! Our customers are always our priority and we strive to make our stores a fun, destination spot for people to grab their favorite drinks and more with over 100 drink combinations, jello shots, cold beer, vape products and more. Every location has its own personality and customer base and we take pride in making the best, fun experience and drinks for our amazing customers! Social Media Marketing Assistant will work directly under the Marketing Director to manage the 23 locations across Texas and work directly with stores.
The Eskimo Hut Is looking for a part time to full time social media marketing assistant to be based out of the Houston Home Office (20-40 hrs/ week- some weekends as well). Virtual and in office work is possible. Some in person meetings will be mandatory. Candidate will need transportation to be able to travel to the local Houston Eskimo Hut stores as needed. $10-15/ hour.

Job Responsibilities
Contributes to the marketing strategy by leveraging social media to identify and acquire customers through media creation and management.
Develops social media marketing plans and programs for each product and directs promotional support on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and more managed by Sprout.
Travels to some store locations to design and create fresh “content” through videos and photos.
Maintains online relations with customers by organizing and developing specific customer-relations programs.
Maintains and answers customer reviews on Yelp, and Google.
Helps assist in managing store level social media marketing staff by helping create content, edit content according to the brand image across state.
Develops marketing staff by providing information, educational opportunities, and new growth opportunities.
Qualifications/Skills

Creating and maintaining client relationships
Coaching and subordinate involvement
Managing Processes
Self-motivated yet customer-focused
Proficient in editing/ content creation software like Adobe or Canva
Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements
Current study in marketing, advertising or a related field
Proven working experience in digital marketing, particularly within the industry
Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, and social media advertising campaigns
Experience in setting up and optimizing PPC campaigns on all major search engines
Working knowledge of HTML, Canva or Editing software
