Social Media Content Creator Intern - Floors for Living

Floors for Living is seeking a social media content creator intern. This is a great opportunity for a student looking to gain hands-on experience in content creation and videography. The intern will visit various Floors For Living locations around Houston to capture raw footage for social media content, which will then be edited by our team.

Internship Details:

Responsibilities:

  • Visit store locations to record high-quality raw video content (on their cell phone)

  • Capture videos for trending content, customer interactions, product highlights, and store ambiance

  • Ensure footage is engaging and well-composed for Reels/TikToks

  • Preferred Skills:

    • Strong videography skills with a focus on social media trends

    • Familiarity with framing, lighting, and shooting on a smartphone

    • Ability to work independently and follow creative direction

  • Location: Houston, TX (travel between store locations required)

  • Hours & Pay: 2 hours per week at $25/hour
