Marketing and Communications Intern - CBRE

As a CBRE Marketing & Communications Intern, you will assist with the preparation of proposals, presentations, and communication materials.

This job is part of the General Marketing function. This group designs, develops, and implements marketing programs to support the organization's products and services. Uses specific marketing strategies and media to launch and position products and services.

What You’ll Do:

· Assist with the distribution of internal and external marketing information. This includes print, digital, and media materials.

· Update the document library and supplies.

· Work with sales professionals, client services, and researchers to identify branding needs. Provide efficient and reliable service to clients.

· Gather information to complete projects. Work with management to develop an appropriate strategy for creating marketing and presentation materials.

· Track proposal success and design basic supporting marketing materials.

· Follow a set procedure in the performance of repetitive tasks or job activities.

· Impact through methods, tasks, and duties which are clearly defined and followed with little to no discretion.

What You’ll Need:

· High School Diploma, GED, or currently enrolled in a 2 or 4-year college program.

· Ability to develop skills to perform basic activities in own job.

· Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate.

· Familiarity with Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.

· Organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.

· Simple math skills. Ability to calculate simple figures such as percentages, discounts, and markups.
