Responsibilities

  • Assist in the planning and execution of Tech and Tequila Talks, including venue selection, logistics coordination, and guest registration.

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the event through social media, email campaigns, and online advertising.

  • Research and identify potential sponsors, create sponsorship packages, and assist in securing sponsorships.

  • Generate engaging content for the event website, social media platforms, and marketing materials.

  • Track event metrics, analyze data, and prepare reports on event performance.

Minimum Qualifications
-Education: Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Event Management, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience with social media marketing (e.g., managing social media accounts, creating content, running campaigns).
- Basic understanding of event planning principles (e.g., logistics, timelines, vendor coordination).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications
-Experience in sponsorship acquisition or fundraising.
-Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Constant Contact).
-Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop).
