Job Description
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Intern to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing social media channels for multiple brands and accounts, creating engaging content, and driving brand awareness through innovative strategies. This role requires a strong understanding of social media platforms, excellent communication skills, and the ability to analyze data to improve performance.
Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and traffic.
Manage regular posting schedules and maintain consistent branding across all platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok).
Create, curate, and edit high-quality content, including graphics, videos, and written posts.
Monitor social media channels for trends, opportunities, and engagement with followers.
Respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with broader campaigns.
Analyze and report on social media performance using tools like Google Analytics, Hootsuite, or Sprout Social.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, platform updates, and best practices.
Work with influencers and partners to develop collaborative content and campaigns.
Assist in managing paid social media campaigns, including setting budgets and targeting.
Qualifications
Knowledge of major social media platforms and their algorithms.
Proficiency in graphic design tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
Knowledge of social media scheduling tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, or Later.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and adjust strategies accordingly.
Creative thinking and a passion for storytelling.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Intermediate Photography and video editing skills.
Interest in influencer marketing.
Familiarity with SEO and content marketing.
