Spring Marketing Intern - Baylor College of Medicine
Baylor College of Medicine is offering a marketing internship January 15th -May 15th.
Responsibilities:
Lead Management: Assist in managing leads generated through various marketing channels. This includes organizing, tracking, and following up on leads to ensure effective communication and conversion.
Deploy Marketing Campaign: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute a marketing campaign across multiple channels, including social media, email, and digital advertising. This involves assisting in creating campaign assets, monitoring campaign performance, and making recommendations for optimization.
Lead Two Events: Take the lead in planning and executing two marketing events, such as webinars, workshops, or conferences. Responsibilities include coordinating logistics, promoting the event, managing registrations, and facilitating on-site activities.
Develop Marketing Pieces: Create compelling marketing content to support various initiatives. This includes writing copy for social media posts, email newsletters, and other marketing materials. Additionally, assist in the design and production of marketing collateral such as brochures, flyers, and presentations.
Research and Analysis: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and best practices in the industry. Use data and analytics to track the performance of marketing efforts and provide insights for future strategy development.
Qualifications:
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft engaging content tailored to different audiences.
Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for design and attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Hootsuite, or Mailchimp preferred.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Team player with excellent interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.
Previous internship or relevant work experience in marketing is a plus.
