Valenti Alumni Association Scholarship

This scholarship is for a student enrolled at the Valenti School of Communication at the University of Houston. This year, the Valenti Alumni Association will award a $2,000 ($1,000/semester) to a deserving Valenti student.  Both undergraduate and graduate students are eligible. The deadline to apply is April 15, but students are encouraged to apply as soon as possible to ensure we have time to judge the entries. Qualifications

  • Complete online application

  • US citizen or permanent Texas Resident

  • Must have a minimum cumulative grade point average of 3.0 per semester (on a 4.0 scale)

  • Undergraduates must be enrolled for a minimum of 12 credit hours

  • Graduates must be enrolled for a minimum of 9 credit hours

  • Students must be in good academic standing

  • Deadline to Apply: April 15th
